Okay, i did the WOD today. 25 something was my time cause i SUCK at running lol... but thats okay cause i did it anyway! i used 135 pounds.

Blogging again!

okay, im gona try to get back into blogging lol... we'll see!

March 17, Murph...
pretty much sucked but i finished it at 1 hour 47 min. i was able to do half the pull ups as kips and then tore my hand so i finished them with jumping. pretty happy with that though.

March 18, Split Jerk

March 19, (couldnt do pull-ups yet, so i did OHS)

i was so mad... it fell back when i was half way up!!
